The apartment is part of the exclusive Burgh Island Causeway complex.

The apartment has an open plan large living room, dining area and fitted kitchen with two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with en-suite facilities, with patio doors to a large terrace.
The well-appointed fitted kitchen has Silestone Quartz worktops and breakfast bar, halogen hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge /freezer and there is a washer dryer.
The dining table comfortably seats six and the beachside terrace offers two sun loungers and outside dining for six on sunny days.
The living room has a comfortable window seat together with 2 sofas, a Smart TV with Netflix, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a digital music centre.
The double bedroom has an en-suite bath, shower and WC. The bathroom is fully tiled with heated towel rails and underfloor heating.
The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC. The shower room is also fully tiled with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom.
