Please call 01442 875886, or complete the form above, to enquire about your preferred dates. We will contact you to confirm a provisional booking and send you our acceptance and booking forms. To complete the booking, please send payment of £100 (by bank transfer or cheque) with your signed acceptance and the completed booking form to our Berkhamsted address (Broadfield, 36 Castle Hill, Berkhamsted, HP4 1HE). This amount will be refundable on completion of your holiday, subject to there being no breakages or other loss or damage, and to the apartment being left in a clean and tidy state. If you cancel your booking, this deposit will be forfeit, and should any cancellation be within 4 weeks of your booked date you will be expected to pay the full fee. Any cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks would require payment of 50% of the full fee. If we are able to let the apartment subsequently, we will reduce your liability by any sum we receive.

The full amount should be received by us (by bank transfer or cheque), at least four weeks prior to the start of your holiday to secure your booking. We will then send full written confirmation, directions and other details regarding the property and your stay. Please note that the property will not be available until 4.00 p.m. on your arrival date, and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on your last day.
