The apartment is part of the exclusive Burgh Island Causeway complex.
Recently refurbished, the modern, light and spacious ground floor apartment is decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
The apartment has an open plan large living room, dining area and fitted kitchen with two bedrooms – one double and one twin – both with en-suite facilities, with patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the beach.
Amenities
The well-appointed fitted kitchen has Silestone Quartz worktops and breakfast bar, induction hob, fan assisted oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge /freezer and there is a washer dryer.
The dining table comfortably seats six and the beachside terrace offers two sun loungers and outside dining for six on sunny days.
The living room has a comfortable window seat together with 2 sofas, a Smart TV with Netflix included, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a digital music centre.
Bedrooms
The double bedroom has an en-suite bath, shower and WC. The bathroom is fully tiled with heated towel rails and underfloor heating.
The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower and WC. The shower room is also fully tiled with heated towel rail and underfloor heating. There is also a hairdryer in each bedroom.
Colourful Beach Towels and White Pool Robes are also supplied.
Useful Info
The living areas have Karndean flooring throughout with rugs, the bedrooms are carpeted, and the shower and bathrooms have non-slip ceramic floor tiles.
For the colder months there is centrally-controlled modern night storage heating throughout.
Sorry, but we do not currently allow pets in the apartment, and we have a No Smoking policy for the apartment and our terrace.
