Please select your dates and complete the online form above, to enquire about your preferred dates. We will contact you to confirm a provisional booking and send you acceptance and booking emails. To complete the booking, please send your deposit payment of £100 – following the instructions in the payment link in the emails. This amount will be refundable on completion of your holiday, subject to there being no breakages or other loss or damage, and to the apartment being left in a clean and tidy state. If you cancel your booking, this deposit will be forfeit, and should any cancellation be within 4 weeks of your booked date you will be expected to pay the full rental fee. Any cancellation between 8 weeks and 4 weeks would require payment of 50% of the full rental fee. If we are able to let the apartment subsequently, we will reduce your liability by any sum we receive. The full amount should be received by us at least four weeks prior to the start of your holiday to secure the booking. We will then send final confirmation and other details regarding the property and your stay. Please note that the property is not usually available before 4.00 p.m. on your arrival date and should be vacated by 9.45 a.m. on your last day.
